never raise our Service Plan charges for existing customers, we
also reward our customers loyalty with a 5% service plan discount each year
upon renewal, this is 5% in year 1, 10% discount in year 2, 15% discount in
year 3 and keeps on going until your service plan is free if you stay with Your
Post for 20 years. What other company offers cost efficiencies to save
their customers money?
Your Post offers Virtual Mailboxes, mail forwarding
worldwide and scan letters to email services. Regardless of if your needs are
short term or long term we have a solution that will work for you. We are proud
to be budget friendly which means costs are deliberately kept low to offer
affordability to everyone.
Use our address as your post box avoiding the need to
wait in for that one delivery that often turns up late. Our collection office
in Rye, East Sussex is open 6 days a week from 0900 to 1700 for you to collect
your mail by appointment.
You can have your letters, packages and parcels sent to
us and we can hold them for you to collect, we can forward all types of mail to
you regardless of where you are in the world and if you require your letters
scanned to email and forwarded to you the same day then we can provide this
service subject to your consent.
Please note that mail forwarding and scan to email are
options and you decide if you want this service.
Your Post offers 3 service plans, they start with the Trial plan at just £49.99 for a full 3 months of service, great plan if you’re moving. The 12-month Standard plan at just £99.99 per annum and our
ultimate plan which costs only £229.99 per annum. Each of the service
plans offer different levels of service such as registered address for
vehicles, driver’s licence, bank accounts and other agencies. Our service plan
prices are for individuals or sole traders only, we are happy to quote for
business customers so please do get in touch so that we can discuss your
requirements.
Our plans offer various weights of parcels and packages along with different
costs for mail forwarding and scan to email services.

Payments for service plans are made by way of the Stripe secure platform
allowing you a choice of payment methods to suit your needs. Services such as
mail forwarding and scan to email are invoiced fortnightly which means we do
not require you to set up a postage fund unlike other similar providers.
One thing that we are sure of is that our service offers more for less
money.
Our registered address service is unique, we believe that
we may be the only provider that offers this service. 70% of our customer base
are full time vanlifers, people who live aboard boats and many who live in
static caravans within holiday parks or on their own land.
Our registered address can be used for registering
vehicles, driver’s licences, bank accounts, insurance and any other agency
contacts subject to their consent. We have no control over of any agency and
they will decide if you can use us as a registered address.
